Chris Turner

I help bring great development ideas to life - aligning design, sustainability and commercial reality. With a background spanning planning, feasibility and delivery, I work with developers, investors and design teams to unlock sites and shape well-considered places across England.  I’m passionate about collaboration, strong partnerships and creating environments that genuinely work for people and communities.

I have worked across the full planning and development lifecycle - from feasibility and strategy through to shaping deliverable, design-led schemes.  My experience spans residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across England, with a focus on unlocking complex urban sites and coordinating consultant teams to achieve planning success.

Having operated in both consultancy and client-side roles, I bring a strong grasp of commercial realities, stakeholder engagement and policy context, helping to translate vision into well-considered, sustainable development.

Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) with postgraduate qualifications in Planning and in Surveying (Planning & Development) from Oxford Brookes University and UCEM, Reading.
