About Christiana Ajiginni :
Throughout my 14 years of experience as a Specialist Support Officer, Lecturer, and a Course Leader and pathway leader in educational settings; I have seen the impact that my experience within teaching has had on my ability to assess and report on a range of issues. I have also undertaken regular academic study and professional training to ensure that I can offer feedback, allowing me to provide successful mentoring as well as assessment. I am responsible for the annual reviews which include overseeing the child’s journey from commencement of statutory placement, ensuring all statutory processes are met. As an EHCP assistant I work as part of a team providing services and support to parents/carers and colleagues. I work effectively with other professional agencies as well.
