Responsibilities and achievements include:

• Data  – using our employee representation data and employee satisfaction data to influence and shape our strategy
• Partnerships – management of our key strategic partnerships: Stonewall, Business Disability Forum, Business In The Community, Working Families amongst others
• Flexible Working  – lead on the company’s flexible working strategy, engagement and organisation, including a trailblazing client-facing job-share pilot.
• Strategic Engagement  - devising strategies to support DEI in a changing world (including Executive Committee awareness papers)
• Domestic Abuse response – created KPMG’s first domestic abuse response strategy. I was shortlisted for ‘Hero of the Year’ at the 2025 British Diversity Awards for the creation of this programme.
• IDE Ambassador Programme – management of an engagement strategy creating consistent and value-add content for our colleagues
• IDE Lead for International Deployments – ensuring our colleagues feel safe to be themselves when working overseas
• Benchmarks – collation and submission of benchmarks including Stonewall WEI, Social Mobility Index, Working Families Top 30, Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equity.
• Events – planning and delivery of firm-wide events for key DEI moments, such as International Women’s Day, Pride. I also hosted and interviewed actor Adam Pearson for International Day of Persons with Disabilities in a firm-wide broadcast from our in-house studio.

I combine an extensive medical knowledge with expertise in diversity, inclusion and sustainable business practices.

I have a passion for making honest conversations about mental health and wellbeing a part of the fabric of our daily lives. An engaging public speaker with proven experience in embedding inclusion in large organisational settings.
