As an aspiring HR professional with a diverse background and a proven track record of success, I believe that HR jos aligns perfectly with my career aspirations and my commitment to continuous growth and excellence.

In my current role as a Health Care Assistant/Support worker  at Equality and Diversity Care Ltd, I have honed essential skills such as empathy, exceptional communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly under high-stress situations. These attributes, combined with my strong organizational aptitude, have allowed me to deliver high-quality care to over 100 Service Users with dementia and disabilities. This experience has reinforced my passion for human-centered roles and the positive impact HR can have on individuals' lives.

My journey as an Administrative Officer at The Truth Recruitment further enriched my leadership and project management skills. I successfully planned, executed, and monitored various projects, ensuring they stayed on course and within budget. This experience instilled in me the importance of effective project management, a skill I believe is crucial in HR, especially in any large organizations.

During my tenure as a Human Resources Supervisor at Adic Logistics, I managed end-to-end recruitment, implemented employee training programs, and achieved a remarkable 95% retention rate. These achievements underscore my ability to create a positive work environment and drive talent development—an integral aspect of HR.

My technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, demonstrate my readiness to adapt to modern HR systems and technologies, a vital aspect in the ever-evolving field of HR.

My educational background, which includes an MSc in International Business and Human Resources Management from the University of Derby, has equipped me with the academic foundation to excel in this programme. My CIPD Associate HR level 5 certification and active membership in professional organizations highlight my commitment to ongoing learning and development.
