32 year old Male, growing experience in a variety of support and physical activity based employment for children and adults with a range of complex needs and barriers to learning. I have learnt and continue to learn the importance of social engaement when working with the public to provide the best possible support/advice I can. I have developed an understanding that we as a society have been through a lot recently since covid-19 and we have developed a strong sense of adaptability and creativity to strive forward together as a community. I am currently looking for an opportunity to be active and responsive in my job role, that allows me to demonstrate my natural leadership qualities. I love working with people and the public and feel that my many years experience of working in the retail and physical therapy services I would be the ideal candidate for this role.

My BSc HPAS has opened up doors that have allowed me to experience leadership and management roles within a business, charity and educational setting. I am keen lover of sports and community engagement and feel this role would suit my needs and wants quite well! 

I have 17 years in retail/cash handling business as well as 4 years in a supervisory/leadership role.

I am JAM trained for your members of the public who require additional support when needed, aswell as fire Marshal and first aid trained. I am always willing to undertake any training required for the role and to support other roles if needed.

17 years experience in retail cash handling and 4 years experience in leadership/supervisory roles, most of which are public facing roles.

Currently a Housing Team Leader/supervisor for a private charity. Managing daily requirements for the safety of the children/young people in the home aswell as the essential health & safety needs for the building it's self and the children's accomodations
