I am an innovative and commercially focussed senior Finance leader with 15 years’ experience across multinational technology companies, with a proven track record of performing proactively to influence senior leaders and drive change. I thrive in fast-paced environments which require me to act with agility and focus to support the business in making optimal decisions. I relish problem solving and regularly throw myself into challenges that reach across the business to drive solutions. I enjoy managing and coaching teams to perform with agility and cohesion to overcome barriers and drive the right decisions for the business.

I collaborate across all functions of the business to ensure the best solutions are identified and then influence senior stakeholders to deliver these. I can communicate at all levels of the business, from lecturing Finance to engineering undergrads (at the Dyson Institute) to presenting complex messages in clean and simple ways to the Dyson Board. In my time owning business cases for Dyson NPI and NPD I have delivered and standardised reporting improvements to ensure consistency in reporting and better decision making. I design and own complex financial modelling tools in Excel and a variety of financial systems to manage the business. My current expertise involves owning all start-up business cases from initial inception through to launch. I have extensive experience providing support and successfully influencing stakeholders to drive change across many functions and at all levels of seniority across a variety of businesses in different industries and at different levels of maturity. I currently own the financial strategic plans for Dyson, partnering with my main stakeholders (CFO, CRO and Strategy Director) and regularly write for and present to the Board. I also own NPI business cases for all Dyson strategic projects which requires partnering across engineering, research, Finance, HR, procurement, legal. I am a trusted advisor to the business who can be relied upon to identify Commercial and Financial risks and opportunities and recommend the best course of action to ensure objectives are achieved.
