About Christopher Sadd:
I’m Chris, I’ve been working IT now providing desktop support for a number of years in an educational establishment. I’ve built up a great amount of experience dealing with people face to face and over the phone which has allowed me to build some great customer service skills. I enjoy the interaction and the satisfaction that comes with helping people every day.
I’m considering changing roles for more of a customer service roll as I think my people experience over the years would really benefit myself In a role like that.
Experience
I’ve been working in an educational establishment for the last 15 years, I started out as an entry level IT technician as my first role and have since progressed into a senior technician role with more 2nd line and some 3rd line support. I work within a small team supporting a large educational establishment which contains a couple of hundred staff and over 1000 students. Dealing with people day to day whether it’s on the phone, inperson or visiting some other sites.
Education
My most relevant education was during my college years and some early training which allowed me to gain a Microsoft Certified Professional qualification in the early part of my time at my current employment.
