A conscientious and professional employee with extensive experience in dealing with customers of all ages in student accommodation, currently seeking a new position for a new challenge. I am a highly organised and efficient individual, whose thorough and precise approach to projects has yielded excellent results. Recent achievements with my current employer include 4 promotions within 8 years learning a completely new skill as a trainer. I now trainer all our team members up and down the country in varies skills which include sales, customer service, systems training and i also design e-learning for the business. I manager a team of SMEs who also deliver a variety of skills to our teams.
