About Claire Townrow:
I am an experienced HR/OD, business transformation and change professional with over 25 years working across the public and private sector.
I am focussed & excellent with people across multi-disciplinary departments & organisations with all levels of staff. I have the ability to engage and develop creative ideas whilst motivating and challenging individuals and teams to test the status quo, building sustainable improvements and embedding them at scale. I have a strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion evidenced by my personal renowned ethical standards and integrity setting with high expectations for performance & improvement whilst leading by example, considering & then articulating the long-term solutions. I am action-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude & I am never afraid to make tough decisions supported by my strong communication skills and I am always looking for development opportunities.
My career has continuously required me to adapt to different challenges at a local and national level. My in-depth understanding of legislation, regulations and the emerging trends in the sector enable me to adapt and flex according to the organisations requirements.
