• Bid / capture management (Pursuit management including planning/budget/resource details, proposal development / production, contracts),
• Medium scale systems integration (incl. offshore, agile / hybrid / waterfall and delivery assurance), with more recent deployments being to public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS),
• Senior level stakeholder management, relationship-building and negotiation (CxO level),
• Procurement (subcontractor/supplier management, commercial negotiation),
• Resource management and recruitment (team leadership, training, mentoring, coaching),
• Consulting (communicator, problem-solving, bid management, P&L budget accountability).

Recent extensive experience in agile delivery methods including Scrum, DAD, SAFe Agile, Kanban and GDS frameworks, with Atos/Eviden, Cognizant, Domestic & General and SapientRazorfish all being leading proponents of Agile-based delivery management approaches. Prior experience of delivering stage-gate lifecycle implementation projects (PRINCE2 and PMI based).

In leading on-shore delivery projects I have directly led both in-house and off-shore IT service providers (Atos/Eviden, Cognizant, Tata, Salmon, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, NTT DATA, HCL, SapientRazorfish & Wipro).
