BUSINESS ANALYST (MS DYNAMICS CRM (ITSM) IMPLEMENTATION)

LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY COUNCIL | 2018 - PRESENT

Project: Worked as a Business Analyst for one of the councils in London with staff members of over 2500 on a digital transformation project - ERP and CRM implementation. I was responsible for assessing various options to replace the current legacy system and migrating data to the new system. The project involved updating the solution, security, improve the UX and UI and managing large data flow. I also took ownership of documenting the requirements, managing stakeholders, and collaborating with the agile team to ensure product is delivered with product value and business needs in mind all the time.

Environment: Jira, SQL, C#, .Net, Agile, Scrum.

Key achievements:

Successfully implemented a CRM and ERP system and migrated customer data to the new system.

  • The team’s dynamics and attitude towards agile improved and team became cross-functional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developed business process mapping which included analysing business processes and customer journeys.
  • Produced user stories, system diagrams, flow diagrams defining requirements for the development team.
  • Worked with the business and solution architect to understand all business requirements and developed technical requirements to deliver CRM and ERP solutions.

Projects: A Digital Business Analyst within a housing association, developing a digital system which changes how users in the organisation interacts with the IT department. The project was aimed at transforming the services desk department by introducing a self-service software which will help improve the efficiency of work carried out by staffs within the organisation. I was responsible for developing a digital solution that will enable user’s logon to their systems successfully without disruption to services thus helping to improve efficiency and effectiveness which would support the organisation strategic intentions to support residents within the Lewisham Borough.

Successfully implemented a digital system to enable a seamless self-service system.

Successfully automated an existing manual process for users when trying to log into their systems.
