After having gained experience in customer service, cleaning/safety standard adherence, sales and team-based assignments, I am looking to apply my skills in a new role. I am also working towards getting my driving license in the coming months.

• At Oxfam, my duties have included customer care while ringing up sales and organisation of stock and donations; with special care to track items within the charity gift aid program. This position has greatly extended my skills in helping customer needs, as we have many vulnerable people come into the shop who require more time and patience. 

JULY 2023 - DECEMBER 2023: Subway ‘Sandwich Artist’

• At Subway, my duties included customer-facing tasks like ensuring the completion of food orders and ringing up at the till whilst providing excellent customer service. I also had several ‘back jobs’ to complete alongside this, such as restocking products and establishing a cleanliness standard, up to food regulations, in both the food prep and dining areas.
