I am a persistent and motivated Agriculture graduate with a genuine desire to support the medical and fitness industries. My calling is to provide and encourage wellness and health to those around me in hopes of supporting and helping people. I envision myself producing, helping and distributing valuable assistance and knowledge to the surrounding public for the betterment of their health and well-being. My strengths lie in the innate ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure with a willingness to complete difficult or physically demanding work until task completion. What I could bring to this career is a proactive and confident approach with both the ability to flourish as an honest and considerate team player or a steadfast lone operative with a potential to assume leadership when and if required. From this career, I seek to gain relevant insight and experience to enhance further my progression and functionality within the medical and fitness Industries. 

work experience

Farm assistant: organic farm of  Monastery of St. John the Forerunner, Anatoli Agias, Greece

 May-July 2023 + 2024

• This is a multidisciplinary farm with cattle, chickens, sheep and goats. With facilities for cheese production and various agricultural and food products.
• Various duties included: cheese making, weeding, animal care and various maintenance duties of the farm.
• Followed instructions and used initiative in various situations for task completion.

Nando’s Griller. May- december 2022

• Completed numerous shifts working under pressure and completing required tasks to a high and consistent standard, meeting all health and safety aspects.
• Duties included, order preparation and grilling, taking stock and ensured continual cleanliness of work station and surrounding areas.

Lean 6 Sigma: certified Yellow belt-  November 2022

• Completed an introductory course with a certificate in Lean 6 Sigma, a statistical course that streamlines the process in any business and production apsect.
• Project required practical application of methods to the Nando’s process of chicken preparation.

Kitchen and Bar staff. University Of Reading, RG1 5JL. 2019-2022

• Completed numerous shifts within the University kitchens.
• Duties included taking stock, serving customers and clearing of dirty cutlery.
• Ensured continual cleanliness of work station and surrounding areas.

• Delivered various food items to customers in a swift yet safe manner.

Volunteering

Camp and logistics Team Member: Camp Of saint Sophrony Heatree Activity Centre, Devon, 

July 2023

• Volunteered to help with the running and preparation of a week-long summer camp. Took responsibility for several hazardous and undesirable tasks for the benefit and safety of those present at the camp.
• Ensured a safe, clean and harmonious environment within the camp through said tasks and co-operation with fellow camp members and children.

OCDT. Oxford University Royal Naval Unit, Falklands House, Oxpens Road, Oxford, OX1 1RX, 2020-2022

• Participated as a team member in various team building exercises organized by the URNU.
• Garnered experience and knowledge within various sea faring operations.
• Took register and was entrusted with gate keeping and uniform inspection of peers however experiences were cut short due to lockdown.

Food Bank Volunteer

• Was a member of the team which established the Food Bank and administered essential food stuffs to the underprivileged.
• Utilised initiative to ensure the smooth co-ordination of the food bank operations.
• Quelled potential arguments among the underprivileged.

Iconography

• Aided in the wall preparation, adhesion of six of the murals for the church.
• Climbed scaffolding standing to a height of 20 metres.
