Courtney Oswell

I have been working in warehouses since the age of 19, so have worked in this sector for roughly 3 years. Throughout my career I have experienced a lot of career progression in goods in and out, leading a team to load and label stock ready to be distributed to all stores around the uk. and earned alot of experience in how to lead a bay team that consisted of roughly 6 people.

i am highly committed to the work I do and always ensure that it is done to my full capability. I am a fast learner but I always ensure that the companies needs are met and targets are reached.

I have a large range of experience during my time, working in my previous warehouse, I had learned how to load/ leaner goods out and in, I had leaned banksman work and how to follow out a load plan I had eventually progressed to a step up swc where I had learned how to manage my own bay team and how to get orders out of the door onto a class 1 trailer on time for drivers to come in and pick it up, I always ensured the Loads were out on time and done safe. 

durning my time I had qualified as a mental health first aider, I may not have many qua but my experience is very good and my work is always done to the highest standerd
