About Craig Forsyth:

I have in full time employment with RCT for 21 years 

My passion Is working with customers seeing them hit their goals and a smile on their face is my most rewarding 

I have a range of skills that will help me make decisions on my own or if needed seek advice 

My knowledge of working with a wide range of people has seen me grow during the years and wether 11 years old carrying out gym inductions or helping  members back into fitness who are 60+

i have been a carer for my nan who had Alzheimer’s and this was the hardest part of life saying good bye when she passed away….. but I am more determined to help as many people as I can in what ever way I can

Dedicated and give 100% 

Over my 25 years trained hundreds of Customers in the gym and age ranges from 11 - 80+

ILM Management Level 3 

Qualified Personal Trainer
