Curious, analytical, and results-driven, I am passionate about transforming complex systems into clear and efficient solutions. 

In my current role as a Data & IT Projects Analyst at Thomson Broadbent, I have been leading several data automation and system integration projects, focusing on property and infrastructure data management.

I’ve implemented process automation using Zapier, JotForm, SearchLand, and ActionStep, and developed automated workflows for data cleansing and reporting.
I also led multiple network mapping projects for companies like NPG, SSE, UK Power Networks, SP Energia, and Electricity North West.

At Thomson Broadbent, I led my team through the successful delivery of four major network mapping projects across the UK, expanding our customer base by over 3,000 potential clients.
I coordinated and oversaw project deliveries, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with strategic goals.
These projects involved managing and cleansing over 10,000 data entries, integrating multiple platforms, and coordinating across various business functions to ensure system accuracy and process efficiency.

Key projects included:

• Matter Type: Wayleaves (UG_HV, UG_LV, OH_HV)
• Matter Type: Easement (UG_HV / OH_HV)
• Land24: Visual representation of all current cases across the UK
• Automation of processes and system integration, combining multiple software platforms

In my previous role at Matalan, as a Testing Analyst, I worked extensively with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including the Manhattan platform, performing system testing (UAT) and automation of warehouse operations.

Size / Complexity of Projects:

At Matalan, I was involved in leading and collaborating on various warehouse optimisation projects, including:

1. Waves optimisation projects (DDR / LTR / Department Waves – Boxing / Singles / Hanging / Goods In / Despatch)
2. BTC Regression, Security Patches, Sense Checks
3. Dynamic Putaway
4. Immediate Need implementation
5. Autoloading
6. E2E Testing across all departments (Boxing, Singles, Hanging, Goods In, Despatch, Stock, Systems)

Stakeholders / Cross-functional work:

I worked closely with IT teams, legal teams, data analysts, and external software providers.
In my current role, I regularly collaborate with Directors, the General Manager, and the Project Team.
At Matalan, as a Tester Analyst, I worked closely with the General Manager, Senior Leaders, Warehouse Operations Teams, and external partners, aligning technical solutions with business needs.
