August 2021 – January 2022 – Teleperformance
During my time at Teleperformance I was working on various campaigns but was mostly dealing with student loans campaign.
• Had to know all aspects of how student loans campaign worked and operated
• Having to deal with students from all age and backgrounds and question any queries or concerns
• Like with any customer service role we had to keep to strict KPI and SLA
• Learn and familiarize myself with new systems and applications used for various campaigns
• Redirect users to correct departments after understanding their query
April 2021 –June2021 – Next – Customer Service Advisor
Due to family circumstances out of my hands my time at Next was cut short, but during that time I gained vast amount of knowledge and experience as a customer service advisor:
• Working to strict SLA in resolving customer complaints aswell as meeting strict KPI
• Learning all the different systems quickly needed to complete day to day task such as: IGuide, Dispatch Direct, Google sheets and using Next database to look up supplier info and contacts
• Making sure call quality was above 90% as Next have a very high standard in giving high quality customer service
• Improved my ability to communicate with customers in a empathetic manner but equally efficiently to resolve their query as quickly as possible by learning different questioning methods
• Dealing with all major type of queries such as : Collections, Enquiries, Complaints, Deliveries
• Having a good understanding about GDPR and competent in only disclosing any information to customer after they have passed security measures put in place
• How to manage the calls queues during busy periods by identifying customers with non-urgent queries and asking if they are happy with a call back later on in the day, identifying the different types of calls early so they can be transferred to the right department as soon as possible
11/02/2018 – 01/01/2021 – Self Employed - Mobile Hair and Beauty
After having worked various jobs and gaining a vast knowledge of experience in many different fields I decided to start doing my own mobile hair and beauty self-limited company. I would offer to go to the customers preferred location to carry out what ever it is they needed. Having never worked for myself I had to face a lot of challenges like organizing my appointments, making sure I had enough cash flow to buy products needed and if not what I could do to try stretch supplies. Working for myself for this brief period has really opened my eyes and I have gained experience I don’t think I could have elsewhere.
But due to the current pandemic and regulations surrounding it, I can no longer sustain myself just doing hair and beauty and therefore looking for a new challenge in which something I can progress further in or put my foot in the door to at least prove myself.
01/06/2017 – 01/01/2018 – Tesco Warehouse Operative
I started working at Tesco warehouse doing picking and packing. We would have a strict deadline and high quality measures to upheld. This was a very physically challenging job due to the heavy items you would be lifting and moving. But due to my dedication and hard work that management saw I was promoted to warehouse administration position where I would be having to sort and assign consignments within our deadline.
