I am a Brazilian mother – of two grown up children –and UK citizen of thirteen years, who has worked in the USA, UK, and Brazil amongst many different communities. In November 2019, I graduated from Moorland’s Bible College with a degree in Applied Christian Theology which I completed with 4 years of experience working with the elderly, sick, and underprivileged. I have a way with people and have been successfully dealing with customer service for my own businesses for many years. I have also worked as an employee specifically for customer service. I speak English and Portuguese fluently and have good conversational Spanish. I am people centred, kind and a proficient team worker. I just moved back to Brazil to be closer to my elderly parents however I have found that my skills are more suitable for international work. I am looking for a remote position where I can use my people and language skills. I learn fast and would appreciate a chance at a permanent position.
Experience
My strong points are to be a good listener. Communicate clearly and provide understanding.
Education
At the hospital chapel I was able to assist patients and staff with a listening ear, instructions about hospital policy and support with all sort of situations.
