  • As a Mental Health Support Worker at Northern Healthcare, I was a member of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the everyday running of a 24/7 supported living service for people living with a mental health diagnosis. I served as a key member of service users’ support networks, liaising with families and health and social care professionals and supported with medication compliance.
