• Founded e-lectura with a small team, creating highly customisable e-learning modules which are accessible from any device on-demand, for seminars & workshops.
• Provide a comprehensive service with an open ear and an open mind from the initial creative planning stage, through effective ways of connecting with the audience to delivery, and beyond (aftercare).
• Oversaw planning, organising and completing all elements of the process: recording lecturers on video, editing and creating subtitles for videos, recreating and synchronizing all slides, formatting and spell-checking downloadable materials, developed the unique “video-search” functionality, and optimising the content for mobile, tablet and all major browsers.

Providing litigants in person (individuals, organisations or companies without legal representation) with free legal information through its website.
Project Manager
• Responsible for the smooth running of the website, particularly the accuracy of the legal information provided, the presentation and user experience (UX) and accessibility of the content.
• Coordinated and managing the work of legal volunteers (from law students to experienced legal graduates), developing people & time management skills.

Relationship building and development which included Networking, looking after our supporters
and contacts (including the Law Centre in Brent, Civil Justice Council, LexisNexis and others).
• Produced online guides, interactive brochures, edited and updated the website, organised focus
groups for victims to learn about user experience.
• Supported the progress of Project Heritage, a project focused on the abuse of Personal
Guarantees by banks and other financial institutions, and which aimed to develop an online claim
process for victims of PG abuse similarly to PPI claims.
• Worked on developing “Litigants in Person – the game” which was featured in Legal Cheek.
