I build and scale large online communities with a focus on systems, governance, and long-term sustainability.

Most recently the Global Community Manager at Admirals, where I designed and launched a multilingual Discord ecosystem across 8 language markets, owning server architecture, moderation workflows, and bot automation. I supported live sessions and events and work closely with marketing teams on social execution, contributing to 70M+ impressions through translation, copywriting, creative input, and scheduling via Sprout.

Previously, I’ve managed and moderated high-volume communities at scale including growing a project from under 700 to 40,000+ members, administering communities tied to multi-million-subscriber platforms, and supporting major launches in Web3 and AAA gaming environments.

I focus on building communities that can scale without breaking operationally, culturally, or reputationally.
