Research and Capability Development - Feb 2024 to present

• Using static and dynamic reverse engineering techniques, I carried out research into a priority
  application that had been highlighted by an internal customer – a breakthrough in this research resulted
  in me being awarded with a financial bonus.
• Used my business analysis skills to foster and manage the customer relationship, working with them to
  build a solution to meet their unique requirements.
• Key technologies: Python, Assembly, Kubernetes, Git, Wireshark, BurpSuite.

Risk Reduction - Nov 2023 to Feb 2024

• Designed and developed a solution to remove a large blind spot in the team’s approach to cyber risk and
  integrated this new mechanism in several key pieces of software.
• Developed a dashboard highlighting specific threats and set up alerting based on the threat level
  detected, and in doing so heavily reduced false positive fatigue.

Full Stack Development - 2022 internal placement

• Designed and implemented a full-stack web solution that enabled end-users to carry out a previously
  complex and time-consuming process in a quick and efficient manner.
• Key technologies and skills: C#, HTML, JavaScript

Big Data - Feb 2025 to present

• Used Big Data Analysis to design a radical new system that will supersede the team’s current capability development methodology.
• This will reduce costs for the team, massively reduce lead time for the development of new software, as well as lowering the amount of maintenance and risk required for current capabilities.
• Key technologies: Python, Pandas, Apache Spark, Kubernetes

Network and Data Analysis - 2023 internal placement

• Used Pandas to shape, analyse and model network data.
• My work led to new discoveries about the data source that brought about a new development effort.
