I’m a dedicated and adaptable professional with a strong background in sales, team supervision, and customer service across various sectors including healthcare, retail, and cleaning services. I’ve recently relocated to Yeovil and am now looking to explore new opportunities outside of traditional sales roles.

For many years, I worked closely with my parents who owned a convenience store and off-licence for 18 years, giving me hands-on experience in day-to-day retail operations, stock control, and customer engagement. I’m confident in fast-paced, customer-facing environments and enjoy being part of a team that delivers great service and operational efficiency.

Now, I’m keen to apply my transferable skills in a new direction—whether in administration, operations, or a support-focused role—where I can continue to make a meaningful impact without the high-pressure sales targets. I bring with me a strong work ethic, organisational flair, and a calm, professional approach.

I have more than ten years of experience working across retail, pharmaceutical healthcare, and operational roles. I held leadership positions at O2 and DFS, where I managed staff, schedules, stock control, and regulatory compliance. At Accord Healthcare, I served as a Key Account Executive responsible for client relationship management and accurate order processing. My most recent position was as a Supervisor at Devon Maides Ltd, a well‑established domestic and commercial cleaning firm based in Barnstaple, where I oversaw cleaning operations for luxury and holiday properties, managed teams and resources, and maintained high quality service standards. I’ve recently relocated to Yeovil and am currently exploring new opportunities.

I recently completed a two-year programme in 2024 covering the development and use of medicines, human body systems, and the ABPI Code of Practice alongside NHS standards. I also hold an NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing, an OCR Level 1 in Communication and Numeracy, and five GCSEs including Mathematics and English.
