Danielle Young

Have worked with children from ages 3 - 16 years in an educational setting for over 7 years. Supporting children in small groups and on a one to one basis catering to child's individual needs.  Assisting the teacher with classroom set-up and tidying including general house-keeping. Keeping written record of pupil's goals, achievements and liasing with healthcare professionals and parents about child's progress emotionally, spiritually and accedemically.   Future aspirations are to continue career working overseas in France in the French education system.

Over 5 years working in Primary schools including Early Years and 1 year in secondary.  I feel I am must more suited to the lower age groups as this matches my passion to inspire and encourage young children to learn and grow. 

Have recently completed the Pediatric First Aid course and 12 week Intermediate French lessons to improve French reading and writing skills. Have also completed a 2 year Counselling Skills Course which has helped me to be more empathic and improve my listening skills when working with people of all ages.
