I am a highly motivated and ambitious individual, committed to developing my career within the construction industry. Over the past 7 years I have dedicated much of my spare time in assisting my family in growing our business which ranges from retail, development and hospitality providing me with many transferable skills. I at present assist in monitor the financial growth, while directly dealing with our employees and suppliers. This also has provided me with substantial first-hand experience in organisation management alongside achieving client satisfaction. I am also familiar with project management tools such as Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Trello and have a sufficient understanding of BIM. Furthermore, my previous role as a CDM advisor provided me with an opportunity to participate in the planning stages of medium-large scaled public and private projects. I quickly began to appreciate the high level of intricacies that are involved in a project’s lifecycle, through the many disciplines that all come together with the goal of project success. Despite my role being limited to CDM tasks, I was able to work alongside other key members such as the design team which further highlighted my interest in contributing towards projects on a wider level through project coordination. This led me to go back into university for my master to acquire further skills and knowledge that have enabled me to become a more rounded professional. Through my time at university, I have gained strong theoretical knowledge, while my previous role provided me with essential practical experience. Thus, I am currently looking for an opportunity that will not only enable me to apply my acquired knowledge and skills as a project manager, however, will also assist me to grow further as a strong and well-rounded construction professional.

My previous position as a CDM advisor provided me with the opportunity to participate in planning medium-large-scale public and private projects. This experience allowed me to gain a deep appreciation for the complexities of a project's lifecycle and the collaborative effort required for project success. Despite my role primarily focusing on CDM tasks, I had the opportunity to work closely with other key team members, especially the design team, which ignited my passion for contributing to projects on a broader scale through project coordination.

This newfound interest led me to pursue a master's degree to acquire additional skills and knowledge, making me a more well-rounded professional. During my time at university, I gained a strong theoretical foundation to complement the practical experience I obtained in my previous role.

I am currently actively seeking opportunities that will not only enable me to apply my acquired knowledge and skills as a project manager but will also further my growth as a strong and versatile construction professional.
