Hello, my name is Daphné from Paris. Organized, engaged and ambitious person. Customer Service skills and ability to listen and communicate with people in English and French. I’m a focus driven and resilient person so, I have the possibility to achieve my goal. I’m a student in Business Marketing at the University of Northampton and I’m looking for a part-time / night shift / or flexible position where I can improve my skills and learn new ones.

I have 3 years experience in Customer Service in the Travel / Tourism industry. In 2019 I worked for Air France as Customer Advisor, taking calls, making reservation  with Oscar software , sale, dealing with complaints. The last company I worked for is Tripadvisor holiday rentals department. I was working remotely, taking and making calls to property owner to work on cases through Sales Force software, writing emails, dealing with generals complaints, damage deposit claims, reviews on Social Media.

I'm doing a bachelor in Business Marketing.
