Experience
I have 3 years experience in Customer Service in the Travel / Tourism industry. In 2019 I worked for Air France as Customer Advisor, taking calls, making reservation with Oscar software , sale, dealing with complaints. The last company I worked for is Tripadvisor holiday rentals department. I was working remotely, taking and making calls to property owner to work on cases through Sales Force software, writing emails, dealing with generals complaints, damage deposit claims, reviews on Social Media.
