Currently, as a Site Access Controller at Wireless Infrastructure Group, I excel in managing site access, security protocols, and supervision, utilising data systems (OCAMS) to maintain and protect sensitive information. In my role as a Site Access Controller I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds who are able to gain access to WIG owned sites in a timely manner. This involves : 

• Manage and communicate site access, security, and supervision, including liaising with landlords and accrediting certifications to engineers.
• Maintain and update data systems (OCAMS), approve RAMS, and account for site defects.
• Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicate with multiple parties, and manage a well-organised inbox.
• Conduct research on unique site requirements and apply critical thinking to solve problems.

The Dry Spy — Bartender
