Experience

I am a business analyst with 9 years experience. I have worked on CRM implementations, digital projects and as a consultant delivering field service solutions in this time. In addition to this I have worked across several BAU workstreams. 

I am particularly skilled in eliciting requirements, process modelling, facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.

Education

I have completed the Business Analysis Foundation and the Business Process Modelling certifications with BCS. 

I am currently working towards my Salesforce Business Analyst accreditation.
