As a highly experienced QA and Test Manager, I have over 17 years’ experience successfully delivering full Life-cycle Management across a diverse range of initiatives, using both Waterfall, Agile and Risk Based methodologies. This has including cloud migrations (AWS, Azure); SAP S4/HANA; adoption of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, CI, BDD, TDD) and Digital Transformations to GDS and WCAG accessibility standards, across multiple industry sectors:

I have strong senior programme and change management experience up to Board level, responsible for teams from 5 to 50, both on and offshore. I adopt a dynamic and people centred approach with a QA delivery outlook that focuses on removing complexity/variation and achieves simple workable solutions.
