Currently, I serve as the Fitness & Leisure Manager for TUI Blue & Hotels Concepts, where I lead a team of 165 professionals across various disciplines and oversee operations for 91 resorts worldwide. My responsibilities encompass recruitment, training, budgeting, and creating an environment that fosters excellence and exceeds customer expectations. Earlier in my career, I also managed operations and training for The Entertainment Department and successfully secured significant contracts for new programs, driving business growth.

I possess a rich educational background, including a BSc in Maths, and have continuously expanded my knowledge through various certifications, including Fitness, Swimming, Training, Mental Health First Aid, and more.
