I have worked with the general public for over 35 years in customer service and 15 of those years were in customer service senior management looking after a team of 40 employees full time and part time jobs roles with in the hospitality and Tourism sector in the UK - Manchester Gay Village and Plymouth South Devon. I was Dartmoor Wildlife Park General Tourist Attraction Manager and the Curator of the entire Zoo Dangerous Animal Wild Collection- The largest collection of Big Cats in the South West
