David Goulding

Offshore leader, safety focused with a wide range of experiences and a strong   underpinning background borne from working within industry leading organisations throughout my career to date.  In the past 6 years I have been employed by SBM Offshore in the position of OIM having previously held several offshore positions interspersed with leadership roles onshore during project development. I am currently looking for new opportunities and challenges onshore to occupy the later stage of my career. 

To date my career has been progressive in terms of acquiring skills and knowledge and also in leadership  / managerial responsibility.  Summary of key achievements; outstanding HSSE results, establishing, stabilising and progressing new operations, revitalizing existing operations, developing and executing technical conversion specifications, recruiting, training and mentoring andd leading multi-cultural and multi skilled work teams.

With 42 years of global oil and gas underpinning experience behind me I remain very engaged, reliable, and conscientious.  I work well independently and enjoy working within and leading teams to achieve goals safely and effectively  through synergising individual skills and knowledge and building safety oriented can-do work team cultures.  My desire to achieve remains strong.
