Experience

Although I have spent most of my working life in the transport sector this has involved a considrable amount of customer service. I have aquired qualification to enable me to operate as a transport manager. I also spent approximately three years as a public house manager where I honed my diplomatic skills as you might imagine.

Education

School is a long time ago now but I was a good pupil. Since leaving school I have taken workplace qualifications such as the British Institute of Innkeepers exams ( relevent for customer services).

Certificate of Professional Competance.(Transport Related) I am very organised.
