I have over 25 years of experience in the catering and hospitality industry including over 10 years running my own catering business and cafe. I have worked both front of house and in kitchens in various establishments as a head chef in addition to fulfilling various management roles.  More recently I have worked as a chalet host in various signature ski chalets and was retained during the summer months for several seasons catering for the maintenance crews.  I am a driven, motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the flexibility to adapt to wide ranging roles both in catering/ hospitality and outside.  

Having over 25 years experience in the travel industry I have covered most roles from Bar Manager to head chef, working in large companies and smaller venues.
