My name is David Smallman and I have been a self employed internal and external decorator and general maintenance man with 21 years experience. I can decorate and tile and repair damage. I can turn out a decorating job to a high standard and I am clean and tidy. I Can paint fencing and summer house, I can solvent clean Upvc windows and doors. Put up shelves and raw plug walls for fixings and more. Basically I am self taught.
