I have a strong background in events management and Procurement along with office administration and a track record of successful team events. My latest role as a Procurement Coordinator at Punter Southall Group has equipped me with extensive experience in organising and managing events but unfortunately, I have now been made redundant. I have been responsible for arranging monthly and quarterly events, including team socials, annual events, and meetings. My proactive approach in liaising with key suppliers and ensuring compliance with regulations has helped my ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines. Additionally, my experience in leading contract renewals and reconciling purchase orders has strengthened my organisational and negotiation skills. Previously, as a Children's Activities Coordinator at David Lloyd, I planned and coordinated various events, working within strict budgets and timelines. Leading a team of 14 coaches, I successfully delivered the children's activity program, demonstrating my ability to inspire and manage teams to exceed business goals. This role required meticulous attention to detail and strategic thinking. My background in both physical and virtual event logistics, coupled with my strong communication and interpersonal skills, makes me confident in my ability to contribute to any organisation.
