My healthcare background has given me the drive to move my career from disease treatment to increasing awareness of disease prevention. This facilitated me in edifying an indispensable amount of communication skills and cultivate a sophisticated multilinguistic personality. My zeal to nurture myself with more knowledge helped me in achieving the position of a Research Intern at the World’s Top Ten, the first one from IIPHG. As the placement head at IIPHG, I had to superintend and communicate with Talent Acquisition Team leads of top organizations. My efforts have been instrumental in placing the class of 150 students in the best of organizations such as WHO, UNDP, UNICEF, JHPIEGO, CARE INDIA, NATIONAL HEALTH MISSION(NHM) INDIA, MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (MOHFW) INDIA, PWC, DELLOITE, KPMG, ERNST AND YOUNG etc. My prowess as a print Journalist have surrogated me in controlling the population who have experienced inequalities and injustices and addressing policy needs at a more local and community level. Delivering 6 years as Head of Oral and Cosmetic Surgery department at a Government sector in India has alleviated me to create an interdisciplinary, interprofessional environment that developed comprehensive public health knowledge, competencies and professional values, identify and pursue individualized education and professional goals in the breadth of public health settings and sectors, collaborate with corporate and community partners to improve health equity and overall population health and well-being.
