I am passionate about empowering people to reach their fullest potential, be it in their professional health or well being capacity.

My experience of working closely with individuals in both the corporate and public sector allows them to be able to deal with any underlying emotional, mental & physical issues they may have so that the can thrive in life.

My zone of expertise is working with clients who work in the corporate world who need find a balance between work and pleasure so that they can experience optimal health without any internal structural breakdown or physical deterioration.

I give them the tools so they can thrive in both their professional and personal life.

For over 20 years I have been involved in holistic health and well being.

I have worked with clients from all walks of life, what I realise is that no matter where you come from your lifestyle, your financial goals, your job or personal life, everyone wants inner peace and an enjoyable life. 

This is my aim when I work with my clients, I give them the tools to grow both professionally & personally so they can feel empowered and find inner success that ripples outwardly.
