I have 5+ years of experience as a change manager in vertex Technosys.

Handling the change process throughout it's life cycle.

Organize CAB and ECAB on a weekly basis. 

Prepare monthly reports and review PIR. 

Prepare FSC. 

Act as a bridge between client and the technical team. 

Coordinate and communicate between the teams whenever necessary. 

Knowledge about incident and problem management. 

 

Education

Graduate degree. 

ITIL V3 foundation certified.
