I am a data-driven business insight professional with experience across consulting and the non-profit energy sector, specialising in performance analytics, cost analysis, and strategic reporting.

In my current role as Business Insight Lead at the National Energy Foundation, I lead organisation-wide performance analysis and KPI design. I translate complex operational, CRM, demographic, and geographic data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. I have designed and delivered Power BI dashboards to monitor engagement, delivery, funding, and regional impact, and I have built automated Excel reporting frameworks to support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles. My analysis directly informs strategic expansion, funding allocation, and service prioritisation decisions. I also use AI-assisted analytics to accelerate data exploration and insight generation across large, multi-source datasets.

Previously, at Information Services Group, I worked as both an Analyst and Consultant delivering benchmarking and IT cost optimisation projects. I contributed to a €20m cost-saving programme through structured invoice validation, variance analysis, and financial modelling. I analysed vendor contracts, service levels, and cost drivers to identify optimisation opportunities and supported commercial negotiations. I regularly synthesised complex quantitative findings into clear, client-ready insights for senior stakeholders and worked on international engagements, including German-speaking clients.

Earlier in my career, I gained commercial exposure in property development, supporting cost analysis, budgeting, and contractor estimates across residential projects.

Overall, my experience has developed my ability to analyse large datasets, identify performance drivers, communicate insights clearly, and support data-led strategic decision-making.

I hold a First Class Honours degree in BSc Economics with German from Royal Holloway, University of London. My degree provided me with strong quantitative and analytical foundations, including economic theory, applied market analysis, and data interpretation.

In addition, I have completed the CFI Capital Markets & Securities Analyst (CMSA) certification, further strengthening my understanding of financial markets and investment analysis.
