I have extensive experience working as a Health Care Assistant in a complex needs care home and in community care settings supporting individuals with different abilities. In these roles, I developed strong skills in providing person-centered care, assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and responding sensitively to each individual’s unique needs. My background has strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and build trusting relationships with clients and families. Additionally, my experience as a waitress in a busy Chinese restaurant enhanced my teamwork, time management, and customer service skills, teaching me the importance of patience, empathy, and attention to detail in every interaction.

I achieved a Grade 4 in Mathematics and a Grade 5 in English, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills. I am currently enrolled in a Level 3 Health and Social Care course, which is enhancing my knowledge and practical understanding of providing quality, person-centered care across a range of settings.
