I have worked in multiple restaurants in a management role, my longest being Patty and Bun in London. I was a trusted Assistant General Manager for their Soho store. This required a focussed and energetic team leader to cope with demands of a popular London restaurant. I now work as a manager in Brewdog Plymouth m.

Have a degree in Fashion marketing and a Merit in business studies.
