I have over 24 years experience working as a Senior Residential Support Worker in a Local Authority Children 's Home. I work with children with disabilities aged 5 to 18 years. I have a Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management. I am a non car driver 

Experience

I am responsible for supervising upto 8 members of staff and run the home in the absence of the Registered Children's Home Manager. I am responsible for administering medication and carrying out other healthcare procedures. My work experience includes working with adults with learning disabilities, adults with mental health issues and the Elderly. I have worked on the following Hospital wards: gynaecology, maternity children's, learning disabilities, mental health and the elderly
