I am looking for a role as a Trainee Estate Agent in Birmingham, West Midlands area.

Experience

Property Development Project 2020-2021.

I recently worked on a property development project in the Caribbean as a project manager of a family project.

The job involved;

  • Secured sales of real estate acquisitions within timeframe 
  • Arranging meetings, remotely with various companies,  
  • Liaised with team to determine scope of work, project requirements, whilst providing monthly updates to facilitate successful working relationship 
  • Led and directed research and development partners to meet long-term goals. 
  • Organised travel to Jamaica for construction industry organisation, to establish related
    development site requirements 
  • Made decisions independently and collaboratively on architectural, and administrative
    related challenges.
  • Orchestrated projects within strict budget constraints by solving complex problems, while
    working closely with senior leaders

All challenges of the the role was embraced as I have a passion for real estate
