I am an experienced care assistant of more than 2 years working with both vulnerable adults and young people. I am dedicated and flexible in my approach to work. I am committed to my work and I work well independently and as part of a team. I am caring, empathetic and reliable, I prioritize the well-being of service users and ensuring they receive support with dignity and respect. I have experience in residential support, domiciliary care work, and supported living. I am passionate in helping others. In my current role as a Residential Support Worker at Greenleaf Children's Home in Essex, I have been actively involved in nurturing young people to become independent and responsible adults. Prior to my current role, I served as a Senior Carer at First Class Healthcare in Sittingbourne, Kent. In this position, I supported medical professionals in various capacities, offering assistance to disabled patients with physical tasks and administering medications. I took pride in developing and maintaining a clean and safe environment, contributing to the overall well-being of the residents. Additionally, I actively participated in the development of individual care plans, demonstrating my commitment to providing personalized and compassionate care.

My dedication to caregiving extends to my previous roles as well. As a Health Care Assistant at Central 24 Hour Emergency in Harare, Zimbabwe, I built trusting relationships with a diverse range of patients. I provided personal assistance to elderly individuals, including bathing, dressing, and feeding, while administering medications responsibly. My responsibilities also included monitoring vital signs and recording them accurately in patient records. In this role, I honed my ability to treat patients with compassion, empathy, and respect, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.

During my volunteer service as a Health Care Assistant at the same organization in Harare, I contributed to enhancing patients' daily lives through compassionate interactions, empathetic care, and socialization.. I charted daily observations, mobility activities, and eating habits, providing valuable insights for continued patient assessment. My commitment to ensuring safe and secure living conditions for service users, reducing risks, and enhancing their overall quality of life has been a consistent theme throughout my career.
