Conergint Technologies – Embedded Application Specialist at Facebook (2021-) 

Currently working at Convergint Technologies as an Application Specialist, imbedded into social media companies, to program and commission global service- based integrator for electronical security, Fire Alarm, Life Safety and Healthcare Technologies.

First Line Key Delivery Driver • Amazon UK. (2019- 2021) 

While working at Amazon, my key responsibilities were to ensure that the customer’s packages are delivered on time to an expected standard. Working here had also further helped me enhance my Time Management skills and Communication skills.

CCTV Maintenance & Customer Callouts • Birds Eye Security LTD. (2018-2021) 

While employed here, my key responsibilities were to manage all the client work for the company and set myself tasks and targets to achieve over time. As an installation specialist, I had to pre-plan the installation for the client in the most efficient way possible, and my role also entailed giving clients advice and recommendation. Managing this company has given me many skills, such as Time Management, Organisation, Responsibility, and Flexibility.

Shop floor assistance & Customer Service • Sovereign Dry Cleaners (2017-2021) 

My role as a shop floor assistance was to give customers advice and support on their queries; this would be in person or over the phone. Here I developed many good Interpersonal, Communication and Complex Problem-Solving skills; I have learnt to adapt to a customer to make them feel both welcomed and get the best advice from the best person. 

Assistant Manager • Zenith Multimedia Services (2016-2018)

My role here was to advise and carry out appropriate repairs to customer computer devices. This role also included answering phone calls and help customers with their possible computer-related problems; by giving them helpful advice. I would maintain customer gadgets by keeping them up to date with the latest software and the latest programs they need. Here I was able to gain and better my Critical Thinking, Time Management and Communication Skills.

Networking Cloud-based research project- investigated whether small business and organisations would befit from implementing remote cloud storage within their business environment. In this project, I’d carried out different network simulations with the help of CISCO Packet Tracer to construct a working network environment. Followed by creating my prototype cloud storage platform that would be better.

October 2020 - 2020 • Open University • Distinction

I took part in some free online course offered by Open University, and I studied 2 courses; Stakeholder in Marketing and Finance and Understanding Mortgages. Both of which have been completed with an overall grade of 75% and above.

Level 3 Extended Diploma IT Computer Science • September 2015 - 2018 • Barnet Southgate College • D*D*D*

While attending Barnet Southgate College, I enrolled in a part-time evening course to study IT Level 3 Extended Diploma. I have attended and completed a CIW – Certified Internet Web Professional course in Wood Street. I did this to be able to carry out my hobby in web development.
