Key member of the Lucy Electric Team and working closely with the Executive Leadership Members, Energy Services Leadership team, various department heads, customers HR, Finance, Legal, Technology, Information Technology (IT), Marketing & Communications, customers and suppliers. The projects are wide and varied from new transfer entity, product introduction, site improvements to commercial project management with customers across the UK and overseas. Supporting the planning and implementation of change management projects. Leading and delivering more complex and challenging projects, both UK and global. Working with colleagues within various departments across Lucy Electric United Kingdom (LEUK) and Electrical Management System (EMS) to ensure a smooth execution and delivery of projects. Key accountabilities:
• Plan, execute, and deliver business improvement projects that drive significant business change, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Be able to guide cross functional teams and ensure targets and timelines are met.
• Manage and deliver multiple projects working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage changes, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure effective change management practices are in place, including communication plans, training, and user adoption strategies.
• Responsible for assessing the costs of a project and ensuring that the costs are controlled throughout the contract.
• Manage the design process to ensure compliance with the relevant standards and procedures, and any country specific legislation.
• Support change management, identify risks and opportunities and introduce cost saving strategies where possible.
• Deliver post-implementation support and conduct project reviews to capture lessons learnt.
