Managed a matrix organisation of 50 people size (offshore team based in Mumbai, India). Responsible in managing the daily operations of data production, software development, machine learning & AI, and Azure Cloud platform production systems. Accountable in delivering technical/technology roadmaps for product, data, machine learning, and software development for GPI. Managing Quarterly KPI and Objectives for mid-level managers onwards. Responsible for Artificial Intelligence innovation, product and technology roadmap development. Accountable in delivering product MVP, project management and software engineering development. Responsible in Azure infrastructure design, and full technical operations, and was also the Data Architect and Solutions Architect.

• Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Oct 2023 – Feb 2024

Reporting to the CEO. Transitionary role from previous Head of Data position. Took over the day-to-day operations of the Entire GPI technical team, transformed the Data Engineering team (from previous automation team), managed Softwarepractice, Machine Learning & AI teams. Developed KPI and Objectives for the entire technical team. Managed a matrix organisational structure of 20 people size. I was also the primary Data Architect and Solutions Architect for the organisation.

• Head of Data and Analytics Nov 2022 – Oct 2023

Reporting to the CTO. Technology lead, Solutions Architect and line manager of the data and analytics team, comprising of 35 data team members, eight data engineering members, six software engineers and two DevOps engineers. Architected a transformational Azure platform that implemented GPI’s first data warehouse and data lakes, Databricks and Azure Data Factory services for GPI’s SaaS platforms. Designed and engineered each of GPI product machine learning algorithms, for HORIZON and PULSE products.
