About Divya Tiwari Bajpai:

I am a doctorate in Population Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University. I have around 15 years of experience of
conducting research, monitoring and evaluation activities in the field of health, nutrition and food-security. I have excellent
skills in developing and implementing the research strategies/methodologies, supervising research studies, managing
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities of projects, strengthening M&E capacities of government and other partners,
identifying the key research gaps, partnering with multiple and diverse range of stakeholders, performing quantitative
and qualitative data analysis, publishing research papers/reports/briefs, presenting the key research findings, and
managing large scale survey datasets using statistical software mainly SPSS and STATA. I have received
prestigious awards and fellowships. Since February 2014, I am working with United Nations World Food Programme. As
Deputy Head of Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Unit in UNWFP India, I am responsible for planning, managing
and executing M&E activities of the UNWFP’s projects aiming to achieve SDG-2 targets.
