My approach is grounded in the belief that the body holds deep inner wisdom and, when supported gently, naturally moves toward balance and healing. I work with presence, neutrality, and respect for each person's unique journey.

Qualifications & Training
I am fully insured in the UK and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. My training combines manual therapy, massage, craniosacral techniques, and osteopathic principles.
